Governance and representation

Members' Meeting

The Association's highest authority. It adopts activity plans, sets fees, approves reports, and takes the most important resolutions.

Representative

Represents the Association externally, handles current affairs, and carries out resolutions of the Members' Meeting.

Special decisions

Actions beyond ordinary management require prior consent from all members and an appropriate power of attorney.

Finance

We describe funding rules without suggesting support channels that have not been launched.

Only for shared purposes

Funds may serve only the Association's purpose and necessary operating costs; they are not distributed among members.

Sources allowed by the rules and law

The rules provide for sources including membership fees, donations, inheritances, bequests, income from assets, public generosity, and grants — always under applicable law.

Clear separation of funds

Association funds are not equated with private payments or support for other Bird Valley undertakings. Every formal support channel will be labelled unambiguously.

Documents and reports

This section publishes the Association's current formal details and will add documents and reports intended for public access — only in versions without private addresses, personal identification numbers, signatures, or other data whose disclosure is unnecessary.

Data protection

We apply data minimisation: only information needed to understand activities and representation is published. Member, candidate, donor, and participant data will have an appropriate legal basis and privacy notice.
